Below is detailed list of the operations undertaken by our company, regarding maintenance in power generators and control of UPS.

OPERATIONS IN POWER GENERATORS

Power Generator

 

For the maintenance of your building generator the following operations need to be done:

Moniroting - operations

   Oil circuit 

  Cooling circuit 

  Lubrication circuit

  Control and battery test

  Starter testing

 Check monitor switching circuits and test 

 Operating certificate of inspection.

 

Consumable materials

We will replace the following consumables:

  1. oil filters
  2. air filters
  3. oil filters
  4. engine Oils
  5. antifreeze
  6. Cleaning the generating sets
  7. Testing and possible change (carbon brushes starter).
  8. Testing and measurement of batteries.
  9. Testing and functioning properly control of the welding generator and automatic switching systems.

Notifications

  • The task of maintenance of the generator set is performed by appointment.
  • If during the work found some material that needs replacement you will be informed before replacing it, because it is extra charge.
  • After completion of the work we will inform you of all the results of audits conducted and measurements

A. MONITORING THE SYSTEM UPS

B. UPS CONTROL SOFTWARE

1. Monitoring Event Log

4. Checking the menu function in the controller

 

C. CHECKING BATTERY

1. General visual inspection of batteries

2. Monitoring and recording battery charging voltage (VOLT)

3. Monitoring and recording battery charging intensity (AMP)

4. Measure battery voltage data

5. Charging and discharging batteries

6. Battery Temperature Checking

7. Checking connections and tightening

8. Cleaning batteries  (from dust etc.)

 

D. ELECTRIC POWER SYSTEM

1. Checking connections and wiring
